Terms of Service
1. All listed consumer goods with complete standard documentation are available for direct purchase, subject to actual stock availability.
2. Industrial products including complex automotive parts, photovoltaic and energy storage equipment are quotation‑only commodities. Final pricing, MOQ, technical specifications and delivery schedules shall be confirmed by official written quotation.
3. The buyer assumes full responsibility for local import duties, customs clearance procedures and regional product compliance certification obligations within the destination European country. The supplier delivers goods strictly in accordance with confirmed quotation specifications and does not undertake local market legal certification liabilities.
4. MinYing SmartLife reserves the right to adjust product specifications and prices without prior notice for market and compliance reasons.
5. Stated delivery times are non‑binding estimates. The supplier is not liable for delivery delays caused by logistics inspection, customs supervision or force majeure events beyond reasonable control.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding its conflict‑of‑law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly bilateral negotiation. If no settlement is reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Shanghai, China.
7. Language Version Priority
In case of discrepancy between different language versions of these Terms of Service, the English version shall prevail.
